In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness - here a re some PINK DRINK Recipes

FLIRTINI
1 part Rasberry Vodka
1/2 part of Chambord
1 part Champagne Float

PINK SQUEEZE
Rum and Pink Lemonade

The PINK LOBBY
2 oz Absolute Citron
1 oz Grand Marnier
2 oz Pink Lemonade
1 oz Club Soda

HERE'S SOME FOOD IDEAS 

MEXICAN DIP
1 16 oz Sour Cream
2 packets of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 package of Taco Seasoning
Mix together and put in the refridgerator
    Make this the night before or early in the day
as it is better when the ingredients set together for a while

Shred up some Lettuce
1 8oz package of shredded Cheddar or Mesican Sheese
Cut up a couple of Tomatoes
Put over the mix and serve with some Nacho Chips

BLT DIP

1 Cup of Mayonaise
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Tomatoes - diced and drained
1 lb bacon fried crisp drained and crumbled
Shredded lettuce
1 Loaf of Sourdough Bread - cut into bite size chunks

Combine mayonaise, sourcream tomatoes and bacon spread on the bottom of a pie plate or serving dish top with the other ingredients chill and serve
Makes 3 cups (double or triple depending on size of crowd

BACON CHESTNUT NIBBLES
1 lb Bacon
1 can Water Chestnuts
1 jar Heinz chili Sauce
2 tbs of Worchester Sauce

I cut the bacon strips in half
Place a water chestnut or 2 - depending on thickness in the middle of the strip of bacon
wrap the bacon around the chestnut and poke a toothpick thru the middle
In a bowl mix chili sauce and the worchester sauce
place bacon wraps in a baking pan and spread the sauce over the wraps
Bake in 350 oven for about 30-45 minutes
until the bacon is cooked
you may want to drain the grease out of the pan about 1/2 way thru!!
